This Distance Selling Agreement has been executed between the parties identified below, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Buyer information consists of the details provided during the registration process. The buyer's registered email address and user information on the platform are used as the basis for Premium subscription purchases.
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the Hobigate Premium subscription service purchased electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website at hobigate.com, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.
Hobigate Premium Subscription
Hobigate Premium subscription is a digital service that provides access to the following additional features on the platform:
Monthly subscription fee: ₺125 (VAT included). Regular price: ₺200.

The Premium subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. The subscription does not auto-renew.
Payment is processed through the Shopier secure payment infrastructure. Accepted payment methods:
All payment transactions are processed through Shopier's secure payment infrastructure. Your card information is not stored by Hobigate.
The subscription does not auto-renew. A new payment is required at the end of the subscription period to continue the service.
Hobigate Premium is a digital service and does not require physical delivery.
Upon payment confirmation, Premium features are immediately applied to the user's account and activated instantly.
In accordance with Article 53 of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the provisions regarding the consumer's right of withdrawal are stated below.
For services that are performed immediately in electronic form and intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised with the consumer's prior consent.
By completing the purchase, the Buyer is deemed to have consented to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledges the waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Important Notice
The Premium subscription is a digital service that is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Under Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal is waived for immediately performed digital services with the consumer's prior explicit consent.
The Hobigate Premium subscription does not auto-renew. Therefore, no cancellation action is required.
When the subscription period (30 days) expires, Premium features are automatically deactivated and the account reverts to free user status.

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to any disputes arising from this agreement.
In the event of a dispute, applications may be made to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the applicable monetary thresholds, and to Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding those thresholds.
By completing the Premium subscription purchase, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
