All liability for submissions that infringe third-party intellectual property rights rests with the user who submitted the data.
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hobigate and its licensors. The Site and Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Movie posters, game covers, book covers, and other media assets displayed on the Site are owned by their respective copyright holders. We use these under fair use for informational and cataloging purposes. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed on the Site.
The data structure, organization, and presentation of HobigateDB (BooksDB, PeopleDB, CharacterDB, and all future databases) as created, compiled, and curated by Hobigate is the intellectual property of Hobigate. Rights to individual data submitted by users are as described in Section 4.
